a) All Parents will complete an enrolment form and pay the registration fee to secure a place in the tuition centre (Only applicable to KS4 and KS5).
b) The tuition centre reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any student without providing a reason.
a) Tuition fees must be paid in advance for the specified duration.
b) Late payment may result in the student not being accepted in classes until fees are settled.
c) No refund will be provided for missed classes or cancellations by the student unless prior agreement is made.
a) The tuition centre will provide an agreed schedule, which must be adhered to by the Learners.
b) Any changes to the class schedule will be communicated in advance to the parents.
a) Learners are expected to behave in a respectful and disciplined manner towards peers.
b) Any disruptive behaviour may result in the student being asked to leave the tuition centre.
a) The tuition centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes in case of unforeseen circumstances.
b) Parents will be notified of any cancellations or rescheduling as soon as possible.
a) Parents are encouraged to be actively involved in their child's education and progress.
b) Regular feedback and updates will be provided to parents regarding their child's performance.
a) The tuition centre will maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all student information.
b) Personal information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
a) The tuition centre will ensure a safe and secure learning environment for all Learners.
b) In case of any medical emergencies, parents will be contacted immediately.
c) Parent’s contact details-Telephone number is required for that purpose.
a) The tuition centre reserves the right to terminate services for learners who repeatedly violate the terms and conditions.
b) No refund will be provided in case of termination due to misconduct.
By enrolling in the Barka Academy tuition centre, all parties agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
